I’ve been a Licensed Massage Therapist, in Colorado since 2008. I have trained in many modalities including Swedish, Deep Tissue, Myofascial Release, Passive Stretching, and Yoga Massage. I combine my knowledge with intuition and deep listening to find the most effective treatment for my clients.

I spend much of my free-time, playing in the mountains, rivers, and natural world. My time spent participating in outdoor pursuits has given me a better knowledge of what the body needs to recover after a day of skiing, running, biking, kayaking, hiking, or even gardening.

My deep love for the natural world also allows me to bring a grounded, calm presence to the table. My intention is to assist my clients in accessing and integrating a deeper connection between their body, mind, spirit, and emotions in order to feel more whole.

I have a longstanding meditation practice, and have been a student of Buddhism and mindfulness for nearly a decade. These practices have enriched my Massage with compassion, presence, and equanimity.

I listen mindfully to my clients needs, and combine the most effective techniques to assist in healing of the body, deep relaxation, and restoring balance of the nervous system.   

I feel that connection on all levels is what we need in our world today. Healing touch, and body work can help inspire this. When we are more whole ourselves, we can connect more deeply with others, the natural world, and the present moment.
